FAFAI strives to provide value through our memberships and events. This Refund Policy applies to payments made online for membership subscriptions, workshops, seminars, and other services. All refunds are at our discretion and subject to approval from management.
General Rule: Membership fees (entrance, subscription, and taxes) are non-refundable once the application is approved and membership is activated.
Rejections: If your application is rejected, we will refund the full amount minus a processing fee within 30 business days.
Duplicates or Errors: Refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors will be processed deducting applicable charges.
Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations after approval. Life Membership fees are one-time and non-refundable.
Full Refund: If we cancel the event, you receive a full refund within 40 business days.
No-Show: No refunds for non-attendance.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Processing times may vary; FAFAI is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment systems.
All refunds exclude taxes and any third-party fees.
